Biography

Elaine Del Valle is an award-winning actor, writer, and director with a long-standing recurring role on the animated series Dora the Explorer. She has recurred on ABC’s Queens and guest-starred on NBC’s The Resident and The Sinner.

Del Valle trained at the esteemed Wynn Handman Studio in New York City. Her Off-Broadway one-woman show Brownsville Bred, inspired by her true coming-of-age in Brownsville, Brooklyn, won numerous theater awards and was later adapted into the award-winning feature film of the same name.
